Account Settings

You can access your account setting by clicking your username in the upper right corner of your dashboard and selecting “Account Settings.”

Manage Email Settings

The “reply-to” email is where responses to messages sent from our system such as the Order Confirmation or Review Request Survey will be sent.

The “Support email” reflects the email address that will be provided in the body of the Order Confirmation email for customers to use if they need to get in touch.

Manage Email Preferences

Getting too many notifications? You can adjust which messages you receive from Sitejabber regarding your account here. Make sure the notifications you want to receive are toggled on (Blue)

Change Password

To update your password you will need to enter your current password and the new password you’d like to use twice. If you’ve used the password reset tool, please enter the temporary password that was sent via email in the “Current Password” field.

Timezone Settings

Ensure the reviews you receive have the correct time and date stamp for your country by selecting the appropriate timezone from the dropdown menu. Timezone selections are displayed in GMT format.

Adding and Removing Account Users

Our premium plans offer the option of adding multiple account users. You can add a new user from the Admin dropdown menu in the upper right corner of your dashboard. 

  1. Choose Account Settings 
  2. Manage users for this account
  3. Click “Add New User” button
  4. Enter the new user’s name, email address, and role and “Submit” button

The new user will receive an activation email that will prompt them to choose a password to access the account. 

Need to remove a user? Simply click the trash icon to the right of the user.

Update Billing Information

Need to change the credit card or form of payment you’re using for a premium subscription? Enter new payment details here.

View and Print Invoices

Each time a payment is made we’ll send an invoice to the users with email addresses listed here. However, you also have quick access to all invoices directly in your Sitejabber dashboard. Click on the PDF icon to open an invoice and from their you can download and print.

API Keys

The API Key section includes the following:

  1. Client ID: Is included in several widget code snippets. It is also the username portion of the Sitejabber email address you would include in the BCC field of an automated message from your system to trigger a review request when using our Automated Requests tool.
  2. Client Encryption Key: Used to encrypt the Advanced Feedback Link.
  3. API Key: Unique identifier used to perform an API call. If you don’t see a key in your account, please reach out to us directly at support@sitejabber.com to let us know what you’ll be using the API for so that we can generate one for you.

Editing User Profile

You can update your name and profile image here. Your first name, last initial, and profile image will be shown when you send a message to a reviewer or post a public response to a review.
