The following features are available on our free plan.
Review Collection
Up to 50 email review requests can be sent per month on our free plan using one of the following collection methods.
Automated Requests
The Automated Requests tool allows you to add a special email address to the BCC field of an Order Confirmation email sent out on your end. When we receive the email we’ll send a review request to every customer who places an order with you. It’s super simple and once you’ve set it up, you don’t have to do anything else. Please note that if we are BCC’d on more than 50 emails, the remaining requests will roll over to the following month.
Bulk Collection
If you would like to send review requests to previous customers you can use the Bulk Collection tool to upload a CSV file and we’ll send review requests to only those customers.
Review Display Widgets
Sitejabber offers several widgets that can be used to display your Sitejabber rating on your website. These can be found in your business dashboard under Marketing tab>>Your Website
Review Tab: The Review Tab can be positioned either to the right or left side of your website. When clicked, it opens up and showcases your most recent reviews, along with a convenient “Write Review” feature.
Trust Seals: You can place trust seals on any page of your website, such as your homepage, site footer, product pages, checkout page, or even your blog. The most important thing is to place them in a location where they will be seen by your visitors. We offer a variety of trust seals to choose from, so you can find one that fits your website’s design and branding.
Review Carousel: Improve conversion rates by displaying your reviews directly on your site using our Review Carousel widget.

Public Responses
You may respond to all reviews publicly from your business dashboard.
Request Verification
If you suspect that a review was submitted by someone who has not had a service experience with your company, you can use the “Request Verification” link and an automated message will be sent to the reviewer asking for further information. If the reviewer does not respond to the verification request the review will automatically be removed after 10 business days. Please note that the verification request tool can only be used within 30 days of a review’s submission date. Additionally, it can only be used on a total of two reviews per month (even if the review is removed after the request is initiated). The number of requests per month do not roll over if this tool goes unused.
Reporting Reviews
Reviews that violate our content policy can be reported from your business dashboard. Our moderation team processes removal requests in order of service priority and typically within 5-10 business days for businesses using a free plan. Pro, Premium, and Enterprise removal requests are processed within 24 hours.
Please note that if a review is removed you will not receive a notification. However, if we are unable to remove the review we will let you know why.
User Seats
One user seat is permitted on our free plan. If multiple people need to have access to the account we suggest using a general email address and shared password.
