Gender Fair is a third-party organization that assesses and certifies a company's commitment to gender equality.
Cascale is the website for the Sustainable Apparel Coalition (SAC), a non-profit organization that works to make the consumer goods industry more sustainable.
EthicalTrade.org is a not-for-profit organization that works to improve human rights in global supply chains.

External Ratings Section
This feature allows consumers to quickly assess a business's overall reputation by aggregating ratings from multiple third-party review platforms. These ratings are pulled directly from the first page of search engine results for select review sites select review sites.

To add a featured photo to your Sitejabber.com business profile, follow these simple steps:
- Click on the pen and paper icon in the upper right corner of the featured photo section.
- Select a high-quality image file from your computer.
- Hover over the photo you’d like to select and click the checkmark icon
Use the toggle switch to display or hide the section.
Images can be no larger than 5MB.
Featured Video
To add a featured video to your Sitejabber.com business profile, follow these simple steps:
- Click on the pen and paper icon in the upper right corner of the featured video section.
- Copy your video URL or embed code from Vimeo, YouTube or Wistia and paste into the section.
- Hover over the video you’d like to select and click the checkmark icon.
Use the toggle switch to display or hide the section.
Videos must be published on Vimeo, YouTube or Wistia.
Top Reviews
This section allows you to hand pick which reviews are shown prominently on your business profile. Simply click the pen and paper icon and select the reviews you’d like to use.
Top Reviews
Selecting a Top Review will replace the “Top Critical Review” and the review chosen will display “Business’s Favorite Review” above the selection.
Click the “Update Feature Review” link and then select which review you’d like to use.
Review Highlights
This feature automatically pulls in review excerpts that contain keywords often used in reviews. When the same keyword is mentioned 10+ times in positively or negatively rated reviews our system will populate those as highlights to be displayed on the page. This feature allows you to choose which highlights are displayed.
Note that highlights cannot be removed completely. If keywords have been used multiple times, those highlights will be displayed.
Business Highlights
Submit your own highlights to be displayed. Popular highlights include quick shipping, great customer service, and easy returns and exchanges.
Detailed Ratings
Star ratings that reviewers can include which directly correlate to Service, Value, Shipping, Returns, and Quality scores.

Call to Action
Display a prominent link to visit or call your business.
Promo Message
Add a special offer for new potential customers.
Choose the button text, write your offer copy, and add landing page link in the customization settings.
