The Review Requests page helps you monitor how effectively you're collecting customer reviews. It shows the performance of your review outreach, from invites sent to feedback received.

Track your overall review request activity and key performance metrics.
- Total Requests: See how many review invites have been sent, and how many are left (if there’s a monthly limit).
- Date Range: Filter your data by a specific time period.
- Request Type Filter: Use the "ALL" dropdown to narrow results by request type (e.g., Checkout, CSV, Verified Link).
- Export: Download your data for deeper analysis.
- Refresh: Click "Refresh All" to load the latest results.
Key Metrics
Monitor performance across every stage of the review request journey:
- Pending: Requests queued but not yet sent.
- Sent: Requests delivered to customers.
- Opened: Requests that were opened by recipients.
- Reviewed: Reviews that were submitted in response.
- Reminded: Follow-up reminders sent (only if the original wasn’t acted on).

Visualize the volume and activity of requests over time.
- Data Points: View counts for Sent, Opened, Reviewed, and Reminded.
- Timeframe View: Switch between "Day," "Week," or "Month" for granular or big-picture trends.
📋 Individual Review Requests Table
Dive into the details of each review request.
- Search Bar: Quickly find a request by name, email, or order ID.
- Columns Include:
- Name & Contact: Who received the request and how (email or phone).
- Order ID & Date: Reference details for the order tied to the request.
- Contact Type: How the invite was sent (Email or Phone).
- Type: Source of the request (CSV upload, Checkout flow, BCC email, etc.).
- Status: Where the request stands (Sent, Opened, Reviewed).
- Endpoint: Shows where the review was directed (Sitejabber or another platform).
- Agent: The user who sent the request (if configured).
- Timestamps: Created, Sent, and Reminder Sent dates.
Use this report to evaluate and refine your review collection strategy. Regularly checking this data helps you boost response rates and make the most of your outreach efforts.
