The Reviews and Ratings section of your Sitejabber business dashboard gives you a snapshot of how customers feel about your business. It helps you track trends, monitor performance, and uncover opportunities to improve.
What You’ll Find:
📊 Reviews Trend Graph
See how your reviews and average star rating change over time.
- Timeframe Controls: Choose from "Month," "Quarter," "Year," or a custom range. The default view shows the past year.
- Filters: Narrow the data by:
- Device: All, Desktop, Mobile
- Type: All, Organic, Solicited
- Status: All, Pending, Published
- Star Breakdown: Hover over any bar to see how many reviews you received at each star level (1–5), and track your average rating with the trend line.
⭐ Total Revies by Rating
Get a quick look at the total number of reviews by star level.
- See how many reviews you’ve received at each star rating.
- Your overall average star rating appears in bold for the selected time range.
🧩 Ratings by Category
Understand how different parts of your business are rated.
- Overall Rating: Your average star rating across all categories.
- Category Breakdowns: Separate ratings for:
- Service
- Value
- Shipping
- Quality
- Trends: View how each category has changed over time with individual trend lines. Click any rating type to add or remove it from the graph.
