The Feedback Link is a quick and simple way to solicit reviews from customers. Simply copy and paste the link and when clicked, the user will land on a review form.

The Standard Feedback Link does not include customer information and the reviewer will be prompted to submit their name and email address via the review form.

The Advanced Feedback Link increases the likelihood that your customers will write a review by pre-populating the link with your customer’s email address and/or phone number, purchase date, order ID, first name and last name. The user will not be required to enter that information as it is being provided to us.
