One of the most effective ways to garner reviews is sending a text message to your customers. Texts are typically opened at a higher rate than emails and it makes the review process incredibly simple and convenient for customers. SMS requests can be generated via the options below.
Instant Feedback
If you’re using our Instant Feedback feature you can pass us customer phone numbers via the code snippet installed on your checkout page. The phone number will need to be passed in E.164 format. Example: [+][country code][subscriber number including area code]
Bulk Collection
Another option for creating SMS requests is by using the Bulk Collection tool. If you would like to send the requests by text only and not send an email request simply omit the email address column from the CSV file. Again, the phone number should be in E.164 format. Example: [+][country code][subscriber number including area code]
