☑️Review Resolutions Report

The Review Resolutions page helps you track the status of reviews where you used the Attempt Resolution tool. This feature allows you to privately message reviewers to address concerns and encourage them to update their review based on the outcome.

When a reviewer receives your message, they are asked whether their issue has been resolved:

  • If they click Yes, they are directed back to their review to make an update.
  • If they click No, the review is marked as unresolved in this report.

This tool is especially helpful for monitoring how effective your outreach is and improving overall review sentiment.

  • Date Range Filter: Choose a specific timeframe to view resolution activity.
  • Graph Overview: The line graph shows how many resolution attempts were made and how many were marked as resolved or unresolved.
  • This view helps you identify patterns in your customer support success over time.
