Review distribution allows you to collect reviews nearly anywhere you’d like to build up your online presence, not just on Sitejabber.
The distribution feature is available using any of the following post-fulfillment collection methods:
- Automated Requests
- Bulk Collection
- Feedback Link
- SMS Requests
- Order Confirmation Email
- Review Survey Email
Each of these collection methods include links that will rotate through the endpoints you’ve selected, landing users on other consumer review platforms to submit feedback. Your account manager will enter the endpoints for you during onboarding and then you’ll have complete control over the traffic you send from your business dashboard under the Review Collection tab>>Review Distribution.
Please note that all Instant Feedback and Tablet Survey reviews will be published on Sitejabber as we do not send written reviews to other platforms, we simply land the reviewer on another site to submit the review. Sitejabber reviews are not syndicated to other review platforms.
